Not completely happy with your watch? No worries! You can request a return within 3 to 7 days after receiving your order, and we're here to help.

To qualify for a return:

• The watch must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories;

• Please contact our customer support to submit your return request — we’ll walk you through the steps;

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued within 7 business days;

• If the return is not due to a product defect, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
